We are seeking an Engagement Lead
- Market Research to join our team—owns end-to-end delivery of complex market research engagements and serves as the primary strategic partner to clients. This role is accountable for shaping research strategy, ensuring analytical excellence, and driving high-impact recommendations. The Engagement Lead provides senior leadership across teams, manages client relationships, and contributes to business growth by expanding engagements and strengthening ProcDNA’s market research capabilities.
you will do
- Client & Engagement Ownership: Own market research engagements end-to-end, serving as the primary client contact and ensuring delivery excellence.
- Insight & Recommendation Leadership: Translate research findings into clear, executive-ready insights and strategic recommendations.
- Stakeholder Management: Build trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders and guide discussions through data-driven narratives.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop engagement teams, ensuring high performance, quality standards, and career growth.
- Business Growth & Innovation: Identify opportunities to expand engagements, develop new offerings, and strengthen ProcDNA’s market research practice.
- Strong educational background in engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with excellent academic performance
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Market Research, healthcare/pharma consulting,with preferable4 years in the U.S. market.
- Deep expertise in translating research into strategic, executive-level recommendations.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Power Point ; familiarity with advanced analytical or BI tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize insights from complex data sets.
- Strong communication and client management skills
