We are seeking a Resource Manager to join our team. The role is pivotal in optimizing resource allocation across projects and ensuring operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities- Develop and maintain resource allocation plans for multiple concurrent projects.
- Monitor resource utilization and forecast future needs to support business growth.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to balance capacity and demand.
- Prepare monthly reports on resource performance and budget adherence.
- Identify process improvements to enhance resource management efficiency.
- Lead capacity planning workshops and training sessions for the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in resource planning or project management within a tech environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Master's degree (MBA or M.S.) preferred.
- Experience with cloud resource management tools (e.g., AWS, Azure).
