Founding Operator​/Chief of Staff

The role

As Founding Operator / Chief of Staff, you will work directly with Catapult’s co-founders to drive strategic initiatives, operations, and growth. It is an unusually versatile role with exposure to every part of building an AI startup.

You’ll help the founders focus their time and energy, then independently take high-impact projects from first idea through to implementation. You will have the opportunity to learn directly from experienced founders while helping shape Catapult’s future.

• Working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, consulting, or investment banking.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Clear, compelling written and verbal communication.
• A high degree of organisation and attention to detail.
• The initiative to spot what needs doing and take full ownership of it.

• Experience working directly with founders or senior leaders in a high-growth environment.
• Experience across GTM, product, operations, finance, or hiring.
• A strong interest in AI technology and startup building.
