6 years of experience in business intelligence, sales operations, data analytics, management consulting, or a related commercial strategy role.

• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering), MBA, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in data analytics, including SQL, Big Query, advanced spreadsheet macros, or managing database structures.
• Experience leveraging generative AI tools, prompt engineering, or developer tools to automate manual operations and scale workflows.
• Experience managing end-to-end commercial business operations, program management, or strategic planning work streams.

As the Business Intelligence and Operations Manager, you will lead the development and deployment of business intelligence capabilities across the Top Partner Program, steward core operational processes, and drive strategic projects. You will build relationships with stakeholders across the organization including partner managers, industry leads, GP Studio, GP Transformation, Strategy and Operations, and Finance connecting business goals and team needs to operational realities to identify and deliver the right approach.
