Senior Associate Operations & Supply Chain (Life Sciences) About the Role

We are partnering with a leading global strategy consulting firm seeking a Senior Associate Consultant to join its Operations & Supply Chain team within the Life Sciences sector. This role focuses on helping biopharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, and healthcare organizations solve complex operational and supply chain challenges. You will work directly with clients to develop strategic recommendations, perform data-driven analyses, and deliver impactful solutions that improve business performance and supply chain effectiveness.

• Develop structured problem-solving frameworks to address operational and supply chain challenges.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and quantitative analysis.
• Own project work streams and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
• Support client engagements across supply chain strategy, planning, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics.
• Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact consulting engagements.
• Present findings and recommendations through written reports and client presentations.
• Coach and mentor junior team members while contributing to team development.
• Work closely with clients to address critical business and operational issues.
• Travel to client sites as needed to support project execution and stakeholder engagement.

• 2-3 years of full-time professional experience post-graduation in a relevant field
• Strong Operations & Supply Chain experience; backgrounds may include consulting, industry roles, or a blend of both.
• Strong Life Sciences credibility
