Senior Product Manager; English & Mandarin Speaking

Location: Hybrid, San Francisco, CA (roughly 4 days/week in-office)

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager at a well-funded Series A startup applying AI to K-12 education. The product spans multiple parts of the instructional workflow for teachers and students. The team is small, fast-moving, and mission-driven, with direct access to founders and leadership.

This is a high-ownership role. You'll own an entire problem domain end-to-end, from strategy to execution to continuous iteration, working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market to define the roadmap and ship high-quality features at a fast cadence.

K-12 educators rely on a patchwork of disconnected tools that don't talk to each other. This team is building a more unified alternative. The product has a large, evolving surface area, and a lot of what you'll work on is new enough that you'll be defining the approach yourself rather than following an established pattern.

You'll need to be comfortable operating across a technical stack spanning AI/ML, LLMs, data pipelines, frontend UX, backend systems, and workflow automation, and collaborating credibly with engineers across all of them, even though you're not writing the code yourself.

• 5-8 years of experience in product management
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin
• Comfort owning a full, ambiguous problem domain end-to-end, from strategy through execution and iteration
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, design, and go-to-market

• Experience with AI/ML products or complex, multi-surface products
• A scrappy, low-ego, decisive approach, and genuine motivation to improve outcomes for students

This role won't suit you if you want a narrow, well-scoped feature backlog handed to you. You'll be defining the roadmap for an entire problem domain yourself, in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
