Director, Product Portfolio Management - Infectious Disease

Role:

Lead product portfolio strategy and commercialization for Labcorp's Infectious Disease diagnostics.

• develop lifecycle strategies, forecasting, and roadmaps
• leverage disease domain expertise and regulatory knowledge to enhance product adoption, profitability, and portfolio performance
• monitor scientific, regulatory, and competitive trends
• create business cases, support product launches, and manage strategic partnerships

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years in product management or portfolio strategy within diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences
• strong business acumen, scientific fluency, and stakeholder influence skills

• advanced degrees (MS, MPH, MBA)
• 5+ years' experience in diagnostics commercialization, regulatory pathways, market access, and Infectious Disease

• diagnostics, Infectious Disease, product lifecycle management, commercialization, forecasting, and market access expertise, cross-functional leadership, and operational planning.
