Position: Associate, Key Account Management-China Brand & ISC

Job Description

Responsible for formulating and executing VN e-commerce sales strategies in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Coordinate interdepartmental resources to ensure smooth sales operations, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with the Lazada team and stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and devising and optimizing sales plans to adapt to the evolving e-commerce environment.
Oversee end-to-end sales management for assigned categories, proactively reporting on project progress, risks, plans, and assistance requests on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Monitor sales performance, conduct regular data analysis to support decision-making, and take responsibility for in-depth research on business pain points, assisting in statistical analysis for projects, and timely completion of various analytical reports to ensure business objectives are met.
Experienced in communication with E-commerce sellers, obtain ability to solve problems independently raised from sellers' side, and professional in maintain good relationship with sellers

Job Requirements

Master's degree from a reputable university in Marketing, Business, e-commerce or a related field.

At least 4 years of sales operation experience, with a preference for those with e-commerce industry background.

Familiarity with the Vietnamese market and strong market insight and business acumen.

Excellent verbal communication skills, proficient in coordination and team management, adept at utilizing resources to achieve goals and fostering good collaboration across teams; ability to make swift decisions and ensure project team objectives are met on time.

Proficient in data analysis with the ability to use relevant tools and extract key insights from data.

Native in Vietnamese, fluent in English and Chinese for work purposes.

Outstanding logical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills, with a high level of sensitivity to both business and data, capable of independently analyzing and solving problems.

Experienced in communication with E-commerce sellers, obtaine ability to solve problems independently raised from sellers side, and professional in maintain good relation ship with sellers
