We are seeking a commercially focused People Manager to join our People Team, supporting a fast-paced international business across the UK, US and EU. This high-impact role will lead complex employee relations cases across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes while acting as a trusted advisor to leaders.
You will partner across the employee lifecycle, working closely with recruitment, L&D and reward, while managing a high-volume caseload with strong judgement and attention to detail. A key focus will be coaching managers and providing clear, pragmatic guidance on people matters.
The ideal candidate brings strong international ER experience covering the US, UK and ideally some EU, is comfortable working with ambiguity, and can balance risk with commercial outcomes. Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels are essential. This role suits someone hands‑on, pace‑driven, and motivated by delivering practical people solutions in a complex global environment.
