Position Summary

The Corporate Disputes Advisory practice focuses on high‑profile litigation and investigations. We assist companies, law firms, government agencies and fiduciaries with complex litigation, including litigation support services, consulting and expert testimony, and conducting investigations. Our expertise covers a broad spectrum of adversarial and non‑adversarial situations and a range of industries. Our experienced team has the forensic, financial, and accounting skills to effectively communicate our findings in various in court and out of court settings.

Qualifications

As a Commercial Disputes Advisory Senior Director, you will:

  • Lead and supervise day‑to‑day activities associated with multiple high‑stakes commercial litigation and disputes engagements, including forensic accounting, and expert testimony as well as fraud investigations and compliance
  • Work closely with Managing Directors and Principals to identify and provide any needed project support
  • Conduct forensic analysis of financial and accounting records, including tracing of funds, and examining transactions for discrepancies and/or anomalies
  • Apply financial and accounting knowledge and data analytical skills to assess complex questions. High level of ability in receiving and analyzing complex and large data sets
  • Conduct interviews of relevant parties as part of disputes and investigations
  • Develop and implement work plans to assess complex questions of facts
  • Prepare & present clear and concise reports, schedules, and demonstratives to be delivered to clients or other parties
