Founding Product and Growth Engineer

We are looking for a Founding Business Generalist to help build Neo Sigma alongside the founders. You will work across customers, product, GTM, strategy, and business operations , with a strong bias toward execution.

We're looking for someone who understands technology deeply but is most energized operating at the intersection of business, product, and customers. You'll help shape the company from the ground up, tackling high-impact, ambiguous challenges across a broad scope in a fast moving environment.

• Own high-priority workflows across sales, pricing, contracts, growth, and company operations.
• Move customer opportunities from initial research and discovery through proposals, pilots, procurement, and close.
• Turn customer conversations into sharper product, positioning, pricing, and company strategy.
• Research unfamiliar markets and business problems, develop clear recommendations, and drive them through execution.
• Run rapid experiments across outbound, content, partnerships, pricing, and new markets.
• Build lightweight systems, automations, and operating processes that create leverage for the founders and the broader team.

• Extremely high agency. You create structure, move fast, and do not wait for instructions.
• Strong technical fluency. You understand complex technology and are energized by operating at the interface of product, customers, and the market.
• Sharp commercial and product instincts, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value.
• Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills, with the judgment to turn ambiguous information into action.
• Comfort moving between strategy and hands-on execution, whether preparing a customer proposal, researching pricing, coordinating a contract, or shaping a product decision.
• Experience as a founder, early-stage operator, or investor is a strong plus.

As a founding member, you’ll help define the technical foundation of Neo Sigma. Your scope will grow with the company, from owning core systems end-to-end to shaping architecture, hiring, and engineering culture. This role has a natural path toward technical leadership or engineering management as the team scales.
