10 Partners, and Bloomberg Beta, building the modern permitting platform to solve the US housing crisis. By streamlining local government workflows for customers like New York City and San Francisco, Infilla helps build housing faster through automation and transparency.

As the third Product Manager at Infilla, you will own the end-to-end delivery of 0-to-1 mobile products for government field staff. Reporting to the CEO, you will launch Inspections and Code Enforcement modules within your first five months, using AI to modernize workflows and eliminate bottlenecks in the housing permitting process for major US jurisdictions.

• Conduct field research with government inspectors and code enforcement officers to design mobile solutions for how work actually happens.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from initial discovery and AI-powered prototyping to final training, data migration, and user adoption.
• Work closely with the CEO/Founder to prioritize ruthlessly and navigate the conflicting needs of diverse government stakeholders in real-time.

• Has successfully shipped a 0-to-1 B2B mobile product and served as an early PM at a Seed or Series A startup.
• Demonstrates strong product judgment with the ability to cut scope and design systems that fit into complex existing government workflows.
• Expert at shipping AI features that users actually rely on and using AI tools to accelerate their own product management work.
