Product management here at Envoy is the most critical role in ensuring customers and their end-users love the products they use. Every decision you make will directly impact tens of thousands of workplaces around the world and their millions of occupants, be them employees, visitors, contractors, etc. Envoy seeks to deliver next-level operational efficiency, data-drivenness, safety, and security for everyone involved, and our solutions must be highly thoughtful about this  will be responsible for this for your product or product line.

We are currently looking for a product leader to own and evolve a large portion of Envoy Visitors, our flagship visitor management platform used by companies all around the world. Visitors is very powerful – customers are using it to meet strict regulatory compliances in their industries. They need to do background checks to make sure people aren't from sanctioned countries, they are requiring specific OSHA trainings of their contractors, they need full audit logs of all changes over hundreds of facilities, they need to provision access control credentials for specific vendors, there's a lot going on and t you'll be working on is absolutely critical to the safety and security of their operations so thoughtfulness is critical every day.

There’s a lot of surface area, a lot of different customer needs, and a lot of opportunity to make big industry-changing decisions. It's what they've been waiting for.

We're currently a small and nimble product team looking to grow from leadership previously being spread throughout product design roles, product marketing, engineering management, and we even have some IC engineers running their products externally. Needless to say, we recognize this isn't going to scale, and we want to get ahead of it with your ownership and help. This brings inward opportunity too – as the product team grows, we'll need product line leaders and organizers, and we'd much rather promote from within when possible.

But for now, this is an IC PM role as that's the immediate need.

We build products for workplaces and we believe that we can only become experts in something when we surround ourselves in it! We're happy to help move you out here if necessary. We also help with visa transfers if needed.

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B with enterprise exposure and 0-1 product building experience
• An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field
