Strategy & Operations Lead

Nobody has rebuilt a brokerage with AI before. So a lot of the strategic questions that decide how big Corridor gets don’t have answers yet, and we need to work them out over the next eighteen months.

That’s the job. What does it cost us to serve a client, and how fast does that number fall as agents pick up more of the work? Which segments are worth going after and which ones are quietly losing us money? Do we grow by hiring advisors, franchising them, or buying their books, and what is a book woroth anyway? What has to change about how we’re organized when there are three times as many of us?

You’ll report to our COO and work closely with our CEO.

In this role, you will

• Figure out our unit economics, which nobody in this industry has. What a client costs to serve with AI automations, how many one person can carry once agents are doing the work, which products make money
• Build the case for our biggest growth bets, from franchising producers to general agency economics to buying books outright, then help us pick
• Work out how we hyperscale. We want to be several times this size next year, and help us think through what will break as we scale
• Automate your own job. You’ll write agent prompts and skills and stand up workflows with AI coding tools yourself, not file tickets and wait on engineering
• Own the operating rhythm. Which KPIs we hold ourselves to, getting them measured automatically instead of assembled by hand, and running the reviews where we look at them
• Pick up the important things nobody owns yet
• Build the infrastructure underneath all of this, across legal, regulatory, and people, and get it running without you

You’ll be a good fit if:

• You have incredibly high grit and horsepower, combined with excellent judgment
• You have 2-6 years of experience, with a strong foundation in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or another rigorous analytical environment, and ideally time since in an operating role
• You have a strong bias for action
• You’re low-ego
• You’re comfortable getting deep into revenue structures and unit economics
• You like running things - you’re comfortable owning a process, a vendor, or a messy cross-functional project end to end
• You have a track record of outperforming in selective, demanding environments
• You take a messy question, structure it fast, and get to a defensible answer
• You have good judgment on sensitive matters, and people trust you with them
