About the RoleNetwork Right is looking for a Business Operations & Office Management Intern to join our team for an approximately 3-month engagement. This is a ground-floor opportunity to work directly with our founders and contribute to real, high-priority initiatives from day one.
We're open to both full-time and part-time arrangements depending on your situation.
What You’ll DoBecause we're a growing startup, no two days look the same. You'll get hands-on exposure to how a scaling business operates from the inside, with a mix of project-based and day-to-day responsibilities. Some of what you'll be working on:
Business operations and special projects:
Supporting key company initiatives and helping things run smoothly behind the scenesOffice and administrative coordination:
Scheduling, vendor coordination, documentation, and keeping day-to-day operations on trackOffice support and upkeep:
Keeping the office stocked and organized, managingsupplies, coordinating with vendors, and making sure the space is set up for the team to do their best work
Candidate experience and onsite support:
Helping host candidates during onsite interviews, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to wrap-upAd hoc research and logistics:
Rolling up your sleeves on whatever the business needs most
A genuine interest in tech, startups, and how a scaling business operates
Someone who is resourceful, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A willingness to jump in on whatever is needed and figure things out on the fly
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations,
Communications, or a related field
Compensation
: $20 per hourDuration
: 3-month internship with the potential to convert to a full-time role after 90 days based on business needsHours
:
Monday through Friday, 20-40 hours per week, typical office hours are between 9am-5:30pmLocation

Onsite required 4 days a week in our San Francisco HQ
