Location:
San Francisco, CA Compensation: $140,000–$180,000 base salary + benefits POSITION OVERVIEW Our client is a well-funded, early-stage healthcare technology company seeking an Operations Lead to work directly with the Founder and CEO.This highly visible role will support critical initiatives across recruiting, internal systems, legal and compliance operations, clinical partnerships, and clinical-team management. Healthcare experience is not required; strong candidates may come from consulting, investment banking, product management, startup operations, entrepreneurship, or a similar high-performance environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Partner directly with the CEO on the company’s highest-priority initiatives
• Manage the clinical hiring process from sourcing through onboarding
• Interview candidates and coordinate reference checks for RNs and LVNs
• Lead cross-functional operational projects from planning through execution
• Improve internal processes, workflows, and systems as the company scales
• Support legal, compliance, clinical partnership, and team-management initiatives
• Help strengthen company culture, accountability, and performance WHAT YOU’LL BRING
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and an extremely high standard for work quality
• Ability to move quickly, manage competing priorities, and execute with limited direction
• Technical literacy and the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Humility, drive, intelligence, and a desire to grow with an early-stage company
• Experience in consulting, investment banking, product management, entrepreneurship, startup operations, or a similarly demanding environment preferred
• Healthcare experience is helpful but not required COMPENSATION & BENEFITS• $140,000–$180,000 base salary
