The Program Analyst turns what the Enterprise Laboratory Instrument Services (ELIS) program actually does into evidence the program and the client can act on. This role helps support operational performance analysis, spend and volume trending, and the analysis behind decisions on coverage, capacity and capital replacement.

The role is remote with periodic travel to assigned sites. It reports to the Regional Director of Operations and takes functional direction from the Manager, Master Data and Systems on data and reporting standards.

Produce contractual key performance indicators

Maintain the calculation method for each measure in documented form so any figure can be traced and reproduced.

Identify and flag where a contractual measure cannot be produced accurately from available data, and elevate rather than approximate.

Support the quality governance review, which is the only measure in the agreement without an annual cap.

Produce the cost savings evidence, which is the measure the Renovo Care conversion program exists to satisfy.

Prepare performance content for operational reviews, client business reviews and program governance.

Track corrective action triggers and remediation status where a measure breaches its threshold.

Analyze scheduled maintenance (SM) and demand maintenance (DM) completion, response and resolution performance by site, platform, vendor and department.

Analyze first-time-fix, repeat-fault and aging work order patterns, and identify what is driving them.

Analyze self-perform versus vendor-performed volume and the cost difference, and support the conversion case.

Analyze capacity and workload distribution across sites and staff, and flag where load is unsustainable before it fails.

Support capital replacement and end-of-life analysis with failure, downtime and spend evidence.

Analyze service spending by site, vendor, platform and category, and explain variance against budget in operational terms.

Analyze the contract and entitlement position, including renewal timing, coverage gaps and coverage paid for and not used.

Support quote benchmarking and vendor performance comparison.

Provide the analysis behind change requests, scope changes and pricing discussions.

Understand how the work is performed well enough to recognize a figure that cannot be true and investigate rather than publish it.

State the limitations of any analysis, including sample size, data gaps and known record defects affecting the result.

Distinguish correlation from cause and say which one an analysis supports.

Refuse to present a threshold rule or heuristic as a statistical conclusion.

Reconcile any figure appearing in more than one report so the program does not publish two different answers to the same question.

Act as the named analytical contact for assigned Site Operations Managers.

Travel to assigned sites to understand how the work is actually performed and why the data looks the way it does.
