Own the product vision and roadmap for key areas of the Nextlex platform. This role translates the needs of legal professionals into clear product requirements, prioritizes ruthlessly, and works cross-functionally to deliver features that transform how lawyers work.
Key Responsibilities- Define and own the product roadmap, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market discovery to inform product decisions.
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, sales, and customer success.
- 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and product analytics tools.
- Experience in legal technology, compliance, or professional services software.
- Technical background or comfort working closely with engineering teams.
- Familiarity with AI/ML product development life cycles.
