Location: San Francisco, CA Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $100,000–$150,000 per year,
depending on experience

Position Summary

Dabri, Inc. is seeking an experienced Facility Contract Manager to support facility maintenance, capital improvement, and construction programs. This position will manage the full contract lifecycle, including planning, scope development, procurement, contract administration, cost and billing management, and closeout of Facilities contract for HVAC, Plumbings, Elevators, Escalators, Electrical Upgrades, Utilities etc.

The ideal candidate has experience working with public agencies, airports, facilities, construction contractors, consultants, and service providers and can manage multiple contracts in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and develop scopes of work for facility maintenance, construction, and professional services contracts.
  • Coordinate procurement activities
    , including solicitations, RFQs/RFPs, bids, evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards.
  • Develop and maintain contract schedules, budgets, tracking logs, and contract databases.
  • Coordinate with facility, engineering, construction, procurement, finance, and operations teams.
  • Administer contracts, task orders, service orders, amendments, and change orders.
  • Review contractor and consultant invoices, payment applications, billing documentation, and supporting records for accuracy and contract compliance.
  • Track contract expenditures, commitments, forecasts, and remaining balances.
  • Review proposed change orders and assess cost, scope, and schedule impacts.
  • Monitor contractor performance, deliverables, schedules, and compliance with contract requirements.
  • Coordinate resolution of contract issues, claims, discrepancies, and outstanding items.

    Prepare contract status reports, cost reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and management presentations.
  • Maintain complete and organized contract records and documentation.
  • Coordinate contract closeout, including final invoices, deliverables, warranties, punch-list items, and required documentation.
  • Assist with cost estimating, market research, procurement planning, and other facility program support activities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Contract Management, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in facility, construction, contract management, procurement, or project management
    .
  • Experience with public-sector, airport, infrastructure, commercial, or institutional facilities projects preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, billing, payment applications, and change management.
  • Experience reviewing contractor/consultant invoices and tracking project costs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with PMIS, ERP, or contract management systems preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Ability to work independently and effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
