Business Analyst, AI Business & Operations, Corporate Strategy
Join us at the frontier of AI, acquisitions, and transformation. Our mission is to accelerate the future of work. Our work is inspired by Ford's assembly line and Ohno's production system.
We are a well‑funded company pioneering a new model of acquisition‑led growth. Instead of building software companies the traditional way, chasing customers with sales and marketing, we acquire services businesses and reinvent them from the inside out.
Our founding team boasts a remarkable track record in AI and company‑building, with each member having previously steered AI startups to unicorn status (e.g. Cresta.ai).
Our approach is not SaaS:
We drive growth through acquisition and technology is our transformation engine. Each company we bring on board comes with complex workflows, legacy systems, and antiquated data structures. We turn that complexity into opportunity, designing platforms that unlock efficiency, scale, and profitability.
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own a high‑impact product area. Depending on company needs and candidate fit, this could be the Insurance vertical, the Credit vertical, or Platform PM work that supports multiple acquired businesses.
This is a high‑ownership role: you will define product strategy, ship quickly with engineering and design, and drive measurable impact on growth, conversion, efficiency, and customer experience. You will work directly with founders and have significant influence over the direction of the company.

- Build intuitive experiences that help users understand, compare, decide, or complete complex service workflows.

- Experience building consumer‑facing, operator‑facing, marketplace, fintech, insurance, credit, or platform products.
- Strong product sense and taste.
- Expertise using data and experimentation to drive product decisions.
- Comfort working in fast‑moving startup environments.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Bonus points:
experience with fintech, marketplaces, insurance, comparison or shopping experiences, AI‑powered consumer products, or scaling products in the U.S. market.
