• Partnercloselywithengineeringteamstoensureclearrequirements,efficient execution,andtimelydelivery

• Lead structured Voiceof Customer (VOC) effortsacrossclinicians,administrators,andoperationalstakeholders
• Engagedirectlywithcustomersandfieldteamstounderstandworkflowchallengesandoperationalopportunities
• Translateinsightsintoactionableproductenhancementsandinnovations

• Collaboratewithengineering,PMO,supply chain,quality/regulatory,sales,services,andmarketingtoensureseamlessdeliveryandadoption
• Actasabridgebetweentechnicalteamsandbusinessstakeholders

• Leadsustainmentstrategytominimizecustomerdisruptionandensureongoingreliabilityofdeployedsolutions
• Driveimprovementsinfieldperformance,issue resolution,andlifecycleefficiency

• Monitormarkettrends,competitorlandscape,andemergingtechnologies
• Identifyopportunitiestoenhance Cen Trak ’sRTLSplatformcapabilitiesanddifferentiation

• Defineandtrackkeyproductperformancemetrics,includingadoption,reliability,andcustomersatisfaction
• Communicateproductperformanceandroadmapprogresstoleadership

• Bachelor’sdegreeinengineering,business,orarelatedtechnicaldiscipline;advanceddegreesorhybridtechnical/businessbackgroundspreferred.
• 6-8+ yearsofexperienceinproductownershipormanagementwithastrongemphasisonhardwareandfirmwaredevelopmentandsustainment,ideallyinhealthcareenvironments.
• Solidunderstandingofthehealthcaretechnologylandscape;
  
  RTLSor Med Techexperienceishighlydesirable .
• Provenexpertisein Agile methodologies;
  
  Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) orequivalentcertificationpreferred.
  
  Abilitytoworkwithina Phase Gateprocessfor New Product Development .
• Demonstratedabilitytoleadmulti-disciplinaryhardwareinitiativeswithaprovenrecordofachievingprojectmilestones.
• Experienceinterfacingwithclinicalprofessionalsandtranslatingclinicalworkflowsintoactionableproductrequirements.
• Abilitytoconductproductdemosandconveysolutionvaluetoleadershipandotherstakeholders.
• Persuasivecommunicationskills,executive presence,thoughtfulstakeholdermanagement,andpolishedpresentationskillswithaglobal,cross-cultural perspective.
• Abilitytomakedate informeddecisionsinambiguoussituationsandbalanceshort-termneedswithlong-term strategy.
• Willingnessandabilitytotravel(25- 35%)tocustomersitesacross
