Product Manager
Have you built onboarding and activation as an enterprise capability—not simply as a feature within one product? Do you know how to connect platform, identity, and product experiences into intuitive customer journeys that increase engagement and accelerate time to value? If you have led complex, cross-functional digital initiatives at scale and can turn interconnected systems into a cohesive, measurable experience, this is an opportunity to shape how customers begin—and continue—their relationship with CFA Institute.
The Senior Product Manager, Onboarding & Activation will define and deliver cohesive onboarding and activation experiences across CFA Institute’s global product ecosystem. This role will lead the strategy and execution of onboarding as an enterprise capability, working across platform, identity, and product domains to transform shared services into intuitive, scalable customer journeys. Using strong product judgment, systems thinking, and a data-informed approach, the Senior Product Manager will bring teams together around a consistent and purposeful path from a customer’s first interaction through early engagement.
The role will establish reusable patterns, align priorities across products and platforms, and drive measurable improvements in activation, engagement, and time to value.
