Position: PT Evening/Weekend Nanny for Two Boys in Noe Valley
Schedule: One evening per week 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. + one weekend day (Sat or Sun) 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Salary Amount or Range: $40-$45/hour D.O.E.
Children: 14-months and 3.5 years old (boys)
Pets: 2 cats

A family in Noe Valley is seeking a part-time evening/weekend nanny for their two young boys, ages 1 and 3.5 years old. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a few extra hours! Responsibilities include all child-related care: planning activities and outings, laundry, light tidying, and preparing meals and snacks. The family is prioritizing candidates with teaching experience and/or ECE Certification.

Schedule:

One evening per week 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. + one weekend day (Sat or Sun) 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

• 2 years minimum related experience with excellent verifiable references

• Fluency in English
• Must have teaching experience and/or ECE certification

• COVID-vaccination (nice to have but not required)
• TB and Tdap
• CPR Certified
• Valid driver with clean record (family can provide household vehicle for work-related)
• Local candidates only
• Comfortable with cats
• Must have teaching experience, daycare, preschool. ECE certification/coursework, etc.
• Discrete
• Educational and engaging
• Playful
• Ability to travel nice to have but not required (family travels 5 months out of the year)

• Actively participate and seek out ways to nurture and promote the children’s development
• Plan age-appropriate activities and outings
• Prepare children's meals and snacks
• Child laundry
• Assist with developmental/travel transitions (nap schedule, etc.)
• Light tidying (nursery as well as common/play areas)
• Packing for travel
