Join a mission‑driven organization dedicated to expanding affordable home ownership. This role oversees multi‑family residential construction projects from pre‑development through close‑out, ensuring safety, budget alignment, and on‑time delivery.
Job Type: Direct Hire
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full-time, standard business hours with site visits as required
Pay Rate: $120,000–$130,000/year, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities- Manage project budgets, schedules, bids, contracts, and procurement
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure safety compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and city agencies
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, Procore tracking, and monthly construction draws
- Lead project meetings and support sustainability requirements
- 3–5+ years of construction project management experience
- Strong knowledge of multi‑family residential construction
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, Procore
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Bonus: PMP/PRINCE2 certification and interest in affordable housing.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Interest or background in affordable housing or community development.
