Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Estimator/Project Manager role located in Redwood City, CA. The Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, managing construction budgets, and ensuring all project objectives are met efficiently. Additional responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, managing project costs, and actively participating in the design and execution process to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Cost Management, Budgeting, and Project Estimation

Strong knowledge of Construction Estimating and related methodologies

Exceptional Communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and team coordination. Knowledge of electrical systems and prior experience in electrical construction projects is preferred. Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Familiarity with construction industry software/tools and local building codes. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
