Take the lead as a Superintendent on high-impact $10M–$50M builds, where you’ll drive projects from the ground up—owning schedule, budget, and top-tier safety performance (OSHA/CAL OSHA). Be the heartbeat of the jobsite, leading teams, collaborating with PMs, engineers, and subcontractors, and staying two steps ahead to keep everything moving seamlessly. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for job performance, meeting budgets and deadlines.
• Maintain and stay on top all safety rules and regulations.
• Anticipate any potential changes and take appropriate actions.
• Supervise and run the day to day project encompassing all aspects of the job.
• Work with project managers, engineers and foremen.
• Review specs, plans and changes with owners, subcontractors, architects and/or managers.
• Company Liaison with customers, vendors and all outside agencies representatives.

• The successful candidate will have solid demonstrable experience as a superintendent running successful $10 to $50 million jobs.
• Proficient with all safety rules and regulation OSHA, CAL OSHA etc.
• Construction document software i.e. Bluebeam, Procore or Plan Grid.
• Microsoft office.
• College coursework in construction and/or project management.
• Ability to ‘zero‑in’ on issues.
