Superintendent, San Francisco, CA
$120,000 - $200,000 + Bonuses + Vehicle/Allowance + Health Insurance + PTO.
Excellent opportunity for a Superintendent to join a leading nationwide general contractor and work on high-quality, fast-paced interior finish-out projects across the state. This role offers the chance to impact some of the most recognizable buildings in San Francisco and contribute to the company's strategic growth.
Responsibilities- Manage schedules, personnel, submittals, look‑ahead, and meetings; liaison with all relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee all site activities and ensure project safety.
- Commercial construction experience.
- Experience with interior finish‑out, tenant improvement, and ground‑up projects.
- Experience managing remodel and/or ground‑up projects valued up to $100M.
- Looking for a long‑term position to impact the future trajectory of the company.
