Kasten Builders is looking for an experienced Residential Construction Foreman/Superintendent to lead high-end residential construction projects in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of experience managing ground-up or renovation projects and possess strong leadership skills.
Your role will involve ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. You will oversee subcontractors, manage project documentation, and conduct quality control inspections.
This position requires proficiency in construction management software and a willingness to travel throughout the Peninsula, South Bay, and East Bay.
