Senior Superintendent - Data Center Consutruction

Position Summary

The Superintendent is responsible for leading all field operations on large-scale data center construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role serves as the primary on-site leader, coordinating subcontractors, managing project logistics, and driving successful project delivery from groundbreaking through commissioning and turnover.

• Lead daily construction activities and site operations.
• Manage subcontractors, field staff, and project logistics.
• Maintain project schedules and drive milestone achievement.
• Enforce company and client safety standards.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with contract documents.
• Coordinate MEP trades, commissioning activities, and project turnover.
• Conduct subcontractor coordination meetings and resolve field issues.
• Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and progress updates.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners.

• Minimum 8 years of commercial construction experience with progressive field leadership responsibilities.
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience building data centers, mission-critical facilities, or other highly technical MEP-intensive projects.
• Proven experience leading field operations on projects valued at $25M+.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, safety, and quality management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction management software preferred.
