We have partnered with a well-established construction contractor to bring on a Construction Project Manager.
This is hands-on project delivery from day one. You'll lead a significant build in Monterey, CA.
Own projects end-to-end. You'll drive scheduling, manage subcontractors across trades, hold the line on cost and contracts, and coordinate across design and delivery teams. No hand-holding — this role needs someone who gets things built.
- 3 to 5 years of direct, hands-on construction project delivery experience
- Cross-trade knowledge ‑ civils, MEP, and everything in between
- Confidence across scheduling, design coordination, contracts, and cost management
- Working understanding of project accounting and financial controls
- The ability to hit the ground running on a live project in Monterey
- $120,000 to $175,000 depending on experience
- Based in Monterey, CA
- Strong forward project pipeline with real career runway
