About the RoleWe're looking for an Associate Project Manager who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and enjoys solving problems.
You’ll work alongside experienced Project Managers while building the technical, organizational, and leadership skills needed to successfully manage projects of your own.
Key Responsibilities- Support projects from planning through closeout.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
- Track action items, procurement, invoices, and project deliverables.
- Participate in site visits, project meetings, and client communications.
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, and project documentation.
- Identify potential risks and help keep projects organized and moving forward.
- Take on increasing ownership and responsibility as your experience grows.

- 1–4 years of experience in construction management, architecture, engineering, commercial real estate, or a related field.
- Internship or commercial construction experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel as project needs require.
