RoSa Construction Inc., based in the California Bay Area, is a trusted General Contractor specializing in large-scale commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects. With a strong focus on the HCAI/OSHPD healthcare sector, we've built a reputation for delivering high-quality results with precision and integrity.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in complex, meaningful work — the kind that directly impacts patient care and healthcare facilities across the Bay Area.
What You'll Do- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, schedules, and materials
- Ensure compliance with HCAI/OSHPD standards and regulatory requirements
- Oversee inspections, quality control, and project documentation
- Drive projects to successful, on-time, and on-budget completion
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven experience with HCAI/OSHPD-regulated projects and/or healthcare builds
- Strong understanding of TI construction scopes, phasing, and logistics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar platforms is a plus
$130,000–$ based on experience
