Location:San Francisco, California – On‑site in a collaborative environment where you'll work closely with project teams, clients, and industry partners.
Note:Applicants must have 2+ years of commercial construction Assistant Project Manager or closely related commercial construction project coordination experience.

Job Description- Support commercial construction projects from planning through project closeout.
- Coordinate vendors, project schedules, meetings, and project documentation.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed meeting notes, and distribute weekly project updates.
- Track invoices, submittals, RFIs, certificates of insurance, and FF&E orders.
- Assist with move management, material procurement, and project closeout activities.
- Maintain organized digital project files and documentation.
- Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Conduct site visits and provide project support to Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.
- Learn construction management best practices while contributing to successful project delivery.
- 2+ years of commercial construction Assistant Project Manager or project coordination experience.
- Experience supporting commercial tenant improvement, workplace, capital improvement, or ground-up construction projects.
- Ability to review construction drawings and project documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Dropbox, and digital collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Self‑motivated with a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.
- Experience with Procore, Plan Grid, or Microsoft Project is a plus.
