Mat Pel Builders is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead field operations for multiple high-end residential projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will supervise Superintendents, Foremen, and field staff, coordinating with Project Managers and senior leadership to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
The position requires 20+ years in luxury residential construction, a track record on at least five high-end projects, and a CA driver’s license.
