We are seeking a Construction Project Manager who can lead projects from pre-construction through final delivery with strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality.

• Manage end-to-end construction projects (ground-up homes, ADUs, major remodels)
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and subcontractor coordination
• Ensure compliance with plans, permits, and California building codes
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and internal teams
• Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication with clients
• Monitor construction quality and enforce Ritz Builders standards
• Review contracts, change orders, and cost tracking
• Proactively solve field issues and maintain project momentum
• 5+ years experience in residential construction project management
• Strong knowledge of Bay Area permitting and construction practices
• Ability to manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with project management tools (Buildertrend, Procore, or similar)
• Background in custom homes or luxury construction preferred
