Responsibilit

- ion Serve as senior client contact for biotech/pharma clients, developers, and landlo
- rds Manage lab-specific scopes: clean rooms, process piping, RO/DI, vivariums, fume hood/exhaust, BMS/
- EMSOversee and mentor Project Managers and Superintende
- nts Coordinate with architects, MEP/process engineers, and regulatory consultants on code and cGMP requireme

10+ years in construction/project management, 5+ years in life science, lab, biotech, or GMP/pharma construct - ion Track record leading $10M–$100M+ proje
- red Working knowledge of cGMP/FDA-adjacent construction requireme
- nts Established relationships within the Bay Area sub/AHJ mar
- ket Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experie
