The Construction Superintendent is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco, CA. This position oversees day-to-day operations at residential construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors and vendors, managing site logistics, and monitoring progress against project plans. The superintendent will enforce safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and address issues through proactive problem solving.

The role also involves communicating with project managers, architects, and clients, tracking budgets and materials, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports.

The most important role of the Superintendent is to oversee the subcontractors on site from end to end, including walkthroughs at the very beginning to coordinating punchlist items at the end. The Superintendent is to have full responsibility of the ongoing day to day tasks at the job site.

• Can Navigate An Apple iPad or Laptop
• Procore, Zoom, Google Meets, Weekly Timecard App
• Gantt Chart
• Weekly OAC Meetings
