Project Executive - Civic - Large GC experience required

• Provide executive oversight for civic and education projects, including ground-up construction, tenant improvements, and client account plans for targeted public clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships across city, county, state, and federal entities.
• Partner with estimating, preconstruction, and operations teams to develop project execution strategies and ensure successful delivery.
• Guide and mentor senior project managers, project managers, and project engineers across multiple teams.
• Monitor project health including financial performance, schedule adherence, quality, and risk management.
• Collaborate with field and safety leadership to ensure consistent execution and high standards across job sites.
• Represent the organization in executive meetings, proposals, and key project milestones.
• Support cross-functional staffing plans, team development, and strategic planning.

• 12+ years of construction experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated success managing public works type projects, with preference for civic projects valued at $20 million or more.
• Expertise in project delivery methods for city and county construction, including hard bid scenarios for public clients.
• Strong business acumen, including financial management, forecasting, and client negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Procore, scheduling tools (e.g., P6 or MS Project), and construction budgeting platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
