Lead Senior Superintendent | San Francisco, CA | $170,000 - $190,000 + Benefits
Renewyx have partnered with a growing general contractor to bring on a Lead Senior Superintendent for their multifamily construction pipeline in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Big pipeline. Ground-up multifamily. Room to lead.
Run the job site day to day. Own schedule, budget, subs, and safety across ground-up multifamily builds. Keep the project moving from mobilization to closeout.
- Proven track record as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects
- Strong command of schedule, budget, subcontractor management, and site safety
- Wood-frame podium or wrap-style multifamily experience
- Procore or similar project management software
- Experience mentoring assistant superintendents
- $170,000 to $190,000 base salary + above market benefits
- San Francisco Bay Area, on-site
- Active, growing multifamily pipeline
