This is a permanent position with extensive benefits package and career growth opportunities. We are a large Design-Build Mechanical Contractors that works on many of CA's biggest and best Plumbing and Mechanical Projects.
We are looking for a Junior Plumbing Estimator with 1 or more years of Commercial Plumbing Estimating experience.
Responsibilities:- Work in Excel, Quickpen (Accubid), and Blue Beam on Plumbing Estimates for current and upcoming projects
- Coordinate with Preconstruction, Purchasing and Project Management groups
- Check Estimates for accuracy and look for value engineering opportunities
- 1+ years of Plumbing Estimating experience
- Prior Plumbing Journeyman and/or Foreman experience
- Local in Bay Area
- Currently working for mechanical/plumbing contractor
- Medium to Large Project experience
- Knowledge working with Excel, Quickpen (Accubid), and Blue Beam
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or similar
