  • Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, quality, and schedule adherence
  • Partner with Superintendents and Project Managers to review project schedules and identify required updates and adjustments
  • Support jobsite safety efforts and promote a culture of safe work practices
  • Ensure construction activities meet quality standards and project specifications
  • Coordinate RFIs, inspections, project documentation, and daily jobsite activities
  • Identify field issues, evaluate root causes, and help implement practical solutions that reduce project risk
  • Participate in daily and weekly project meetings while collaborating with project stakeholders, trade partners, and inspectors

  • Understanding of construction scheduling, quality control, jobsite safety, and subcontractor coordination
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and project teams
  • A proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and desire to grow into increasing levels of field leadership
