The company is looking for a Vice President of Fibre Construction to lead the delivery of large-scale FTTH expansion. The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the construction function, build and develop the delivery organisation, and directly influence the cost, quality, and pace of network expansion.

• Lead large-scale FTTH construction programs
• Own field execution and homes-passed targets
• Manage third-party contractors and build partners
• Improve cost per passing and productivity
• Coordinate construction with OSP engineering
• Oversee permitting, utilities and make-ready
• Establish construction KPIs and scorecards
• Build and develop the delivery organization

• Large-scale FTTH construction leadership

• Strong OSP and field operations knowledge
