Step into a field leadership role where you'll work side by side with experienced Superintendents to deliver complex healthcare, commercial, and industrial projects while developing the skills needed to lead projects of your own. As an Assistant Superintendent, you'll be actively involved in coordinating subcontractors, managing daily field operations, supporting schedule execution, maintaining quality standards.

At Boldt, you'll be part of a culture built on safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You'll participate in weekly planning meetings, support implementation of the Boldt Production System, help lead pull planning and coordination efforts, and work closely with project teams, to create efficient work flows and reliable project outcomes. Whether you're looking to grow into a Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or broader operations leadership role, you'll be given meaningful responsibility, mentorship, and exposure to challenging projects that accelerate your professional development while helping build facilities that serve communities for generations.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $-$ annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. What

You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred in the areas of construction management or engineering. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Five years industry experience and two years supervisory experience in construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures required.
