POSITION OVERVIEW
The Superintendent, Tenant Improvement & Special Projects is responsible for managing overall safety while ensuring that the day-to-day operations on a construction jobsite are managed using a mastered set of skills. These skills include developing schedules, sequencing work, maintaining high quality standards, managing equipment and supervising subcontractors’ work product according to relevant contracts and budgets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishandmaintainasafeandorderlyworksitewithemployeesandsubcontractors.
- Site Staging.
Developandmaintainacompletesitelayoutplan,coordinatingwithbothinternalandexternalparties. - Quality Control.
Partnerwithinternalteamstodevelopandmaintainaprojectspecificqualitycontrolprogramtoensurehighqualitystandardsarebeingmetinatimelymanner. - Job Equipment.
Identify needs,manageandmaintainequipmentwithinternalteam(s) eandsuppliers. - Developandleadteamtocontinuouslygrowanddotheirbestwork.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degreein Civil Engineering ,Construction Managementorrelatedfieldstronglypreferred.
- 7+ years of construction field experience with a minimum of 5 years as a Lead Superintendent.
- Solidcomputerskills,withworkingknowledgeofMSOffice,including
Outlook,Project,Exceland Word. - OSHA-30certification.
- Avaliddriver’slicense.
