Freelance Videographer

Overview

This role is for an experienced videographer to capture a corporate conference event in San Francisco on March 9th. The project requires on-site presence for one to two days, working closely with a Creative Director and Photographer to ensure all key moments and highlights are professionally documented. The position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in event videography, capable of managing the full video production process from setup to post-event delivery.

• Capture high-quality video footage of the entire conference, including keynote sessions, panel discussions, and networking activities
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and Photographer to align on shot lists and event coverage strategy
• Set up and operate professional video equipment on-site
• Ensure optimal lighting, sound, and composition throughout the event
• Provide raw footage and, if required, basic post-production edits according to project specifications
• Deliver all final assets within agreed timelines

• Proven experience in event videography, preferably for corporate or conference settings
• Proficiency with professional video cameras, audio equipment, and lighting setups
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly alongside creative professionals
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during live events
• Must be available on-site in San Francisco for the full duration of the project (March 9th, 1–2 days)
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant videography work
• Familiarity with post-production workflows is a plus
