• The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We’ve structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

• Reporting to the Director, Education Video

As a Senior Video Producer, you’ll work with instructional designers and cross-functional teams to develop educational video content that supports customer learning and adoption of the Webflow platform. You’ll translate high-level content outlines into clear, engaging video scripts, record voice over and screen recordings, edit and finalize videos, create thumbnails, descriptions, captions, tags, and stage videos on Webflow University. You’ll manage the end-to-end approval process and move quickly to deliver high-quality videos at the team’s cadence.

You’ll use AI and other tools to automate and speed production while maintaining quality, and you’ll explore new approaches to improve teaching with video and manage complex projects with multiple contributors.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in video production in a fast-paced education or corporate video environment.
• Proficiency in editing audio and video with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Avid Media Composer, Descript, Final Cut Pro, or other apps.
• Skills with tools like After Effects, Figma, Keynote, Camtasia, Jitter, and Screen Flow are a plus.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines with subject matter experts and instructional designers.
• Experience with Webflow is a major plus.
