As a pivotal force in content creation and production, you'll be at the heart of bringing compelling stories to life. This isn't just about managing projects; it's about defining creative direction, fostering innovation, and ensuring every piece of content resonates deeply. You'll lead complex initiatives from concept to launch, acting as a subject matter expert across design, development, writing, and the entire production lifecycle, from pre-production through post-production.

Your work will directly contribute to delivering exceptional media products that captivate and inform, leaving a lasting mark on our client's global audience.

What You’ll Do
  • Forge Strong Partnerships: Evaluate, cultivate, and manage critical relationships with both internal teams and external agencies, meticulously reviewing creative and production proposals to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Define Creative Vision: Drive the overarching creative and technical vision for content, conducting insightful interviews and directing cross-disciplinary changes to perfect storytelling and media execution.
  • Lead Transformative Projects: Take the helm of complex content creation projects, guiding teams from initial ideation through to successful, impactful launches.
  • Innovate and Strategize: Contribute significantly to our creative strategy, introducing innovative solutions and exploring diverse production styles for engaging digital media.
  • Optimize Processes: Influence and guide work groups by meticulously defining and refining content development styles, processes, and templates for enhanced efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure Program Excellence: Collaborate seamlessly across various teams to expertly manage the entire campaign lifecycle, ensuring precise alignment on dependencies, mitigating risks, and optimizing resource allocation to deliver initiatives efficiently and at scale.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • A compelling professional portfolio showcasing extensive experience in Brand, Interactive, Conceptual, Experiential, or Technology design.
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience in a creative discipline such as writing, filmmaking, video editing, design, or art direction.
  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Deep understanding of production processes and equipment.
  • Robust knowledge of digital media trends and industry best practices.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting and comprehensive project management.
  • An analytical mindset coupled with strong client and partner advising capabilities.
