Aquent Studios is looking for an experienced VFX Producer to provide services on projects for one of its top global clients in the tech space. You would work closely with your creatives and fellow producers, as well as marketing and brand partners to bring the brief to life and carry it through completion.

The work is fast-paced and involves many stakeholders throughout its process, which often requires juggling multiple points of feedback along with the creative team to ensure creative excellence is achieved along with the goals of the product.

This project requires extensive experience in CG/VFX production, asset development, and global stakeholder management. This project will lead the production of a wide range of deliverables - from static retail imagery to motion-based digital assets - across bi-annual launch cycles and potentially seasonal moments between. This project ideally will excel through a calm, solutions-oriented approach with a passion for process improvement, an incredible eye and passion for detail and an overarching desire to push creative excellence.

Manage multiple production render work streams for bi-annual launches with deliverables that include:

• Retail OOH Print
• Retail DOOH Static & Motion
• Retail Digital Static & Motion (1P & 3P Channels)
• Retail Sizzle Motion
• End Card Motion
• TV/OLV Motion
• Social Motion
• Promo Motion

• Collaboration w/ creative leads from initial development through final delivery
• Ball parking, vendor bidding & continued oversight to manage numbers within approved budgets
• Collaboration with external partners for asset build/capture through execution & delivery
• Coordination and prioritization between cross-functional teams (producers/creatives) to ensure assets continue to meet creative expectations
• Coordination w/ regional leads to ensure assets continue to meet regional expectations
• Coordination w/ ops & stakeholders for reviews/approvals of materials at various stages
• Partnership with finance & business affairs to build SOWs & manage POs for timely partner payment
• Maintaining clear organization of files, assets, and documentation across all projects

This person/team must have a strong eye for detail as technical nuance is key in this project. The producer is responsible for facilitating product-accurate collaboration whilst still ensuring creative expression is followed w/ partners. Extensive knowledge of the CG/VFX production pipeline is required as most product imagery is generated in post.

This is a global-facing project - some flexibility in working hours may be required depending on project timelines
