Production Manager Format Graphics

This is a great role for someone who understands graphics files and visual production, enjoys working with their hands, and is excited to learn large‑format printing — even if you haven’t done it for years already.

Speed Pro specializes in large‑format graphics that give our customers the wow‑factor they need.

• wall, window, and floor displays you see at businesses, universities, and sports arenas
• vehicle advertising wraps covering eye‑catching cars, trucks, and vans
• three‑dimensional signage outside of local businesses
• plus custom solutions for any business's visual branding needs

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Is comfortable working with graphics files (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Enjoys hands‑on work and problem‑solving
• Takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and getting things right

• $28–35/hour, based on experience, plus overtime when required
• Annual bonus potential

• Ongoing training and professional development

• Lead the printing and production of client orders (70% of role)
• Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs, and make the graphics print‑ready
• Operate and maintain large‑format printers, laminators, and plotters (training provided)
• Conduct inventory and procurement
• Light graphic design services (unless outsourced)
• Smaller graphic installations
• Unloading/unpacking deliveries to the studio
• Packing, labeling, and shipping completed jobs; making deliveries
• Utilization of Speed Pro software for estimates/quotes

• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Excellent time management and organization
• Clear, professional communication with teammates and customers
• A team‑first attitude and openness to feedback
• Customer‑service mindset (this is core to Speed Pro’s success)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Experience with large‑format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing
