Job Title

Video Editor – Part Time (Temporary / Per Diem / Freelance) – KPIX

KPIX is looking for a highly talented part-time video editor with a passion for news and experience using non-linear editing equipment.

• Work in a fast-paced television news environment.
• Use Grass Valley Edius editing system.
• Produce news video content and participate in ENG duties.
• Work nights, overnights, weekends as needed.

• 2-5 years of experience in a fast-paced TV news environment.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven with minimal supervision.
• Creative, poised team player who can juggle multiple projects.
• Flexible with work schedule, willing to work nights, overnights, weekends.
• Provide a demo reel demonstrating abilities.
